I lead the contract management and life-cycle maintenance for capital projects. I identify opportunities for innovation, risk mitigation and continuous improvement for contract management, administration and risk control.

I have developed and implemented strategies and tools for data analysis and performance that led to the evaluation, cost benefits analysis, options recommendations and consolidation of their transfer payment agreements that significantly reduced administration burden by 30% while enhancing accountability, transparency and performance.

Author and assist in the review and analysis of the Division’s highly complex Capital Project tenders and contract documents to ensure that the appropriate contracting strategy and contractual clauses are applied to reduce risk.
